About us
The Norwegian Space Cluster (NSC) is a national initiative designed to establish a collaborative platform that unites stakeholders from across the entire space industry value chain. This includes research and development (R&D), established companies, startups, venture capital, and public entities.
The cluster’s purpose is to bring together the entire Norwegian space industry to identify needs, foster innovation, and strengthen the connection between the Norwegian and international space sectors. By bridging gaps and promoting collaboration, NSC aims to create a dynamic and unified ecosystem.
The vision of the Norwegian Space Cluster is to position Norway as a leading space industry nation in Europe. Through the cluster’s work, the Norwegian space industry will experience significant growth, contributing to:

The main goals include:
Increasing value creation in the Norwegian space industry through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Strengthening innovation capabilities and Norway's strategic international position.
Establishing at least three major innovation projects with national and international consortia.
Identifying at least two high-potential markets for the Norwegian space industry.
Contributing to the growth of the Norwegian space economy from NOK 11.7 billion to NOK 117 billion by 2029, with a 90% average export rate.
