About us

The Norwegian Space Cluster is an initiative to establish a national collaboration platform in form of a cluster, with representatives from the entire value chain: R&D, established industry, start-up companies, venture capital and public actors.

The purpose of the cluster is to gather the whole space industry in Norway, to map their needs and wishes, and further ensure a good link with the space industry internationally.

The vision of the cluster is that the Norwegian space industry will experience increased growth as a result of the cluster and that the space industry will contribute to business and knowledge development, social security and transition to a sustainable future.

The mission of the cluster is to contribute to gather the players in the space industry across geography, industrial verticals and company types to establish wider cooperation and through this create new business opportunities in an industry that is today perceived as fragmented.
